  1. New rule: if the wait time is longer than the appointment, it’s free. And if that appointment could’ve been done via video, the next one is too.

      Waiting 45 mins for a doctor to spend five minutes asking me questions I could have answered over video is irritating. If you’re not gonna physically examine me, why did I need to come in?
