Random thought: I want a personal trainer who was previously fat. I want someone who has actually done the thing they’re training me to do and knows what it’s like. Not someone who’s always been thin.

Honestly this goes for doctors too. Like don’t tell me it’s all about calories in and calories out. I know people of thin people who eat complete garbage. Explain that please. Quickly.
