1. Macys if your agents can’t assist with issues via email or phone, then maybe you should stop staking people’s money during this time. I ordered something and never got it, and I have no recourse to fix it.

      UPS failed to even try to deliver my package, sent it back and when I called told me contact Macys. And now I can’t get anyone at Macys to talk to me.
